The Wine Cave has not yet been developed to the point to have elevations and thus has not been included. The other commercial building has been included with the Final Plan submittal. Elevations of the industrial building include the loading dock area. The loading dock has been indicated with the revised industrial building elevations. All elevations should include preliminary locations of mechanical/utility equipment with a note on how such equipment should be screened/painted. All of the various tome home buildings provide unique architectural elements that are directly tied to one of 3 different unit models. Each of the models are dispersed throughout all of the building types so the architectural language has variety within each building type but repeats based on unit locations.
