06/21/2012: (Site and Landscape plans also) The sight distance triangle from the Blue Yonder to Cutting
Horse, south side of Blue Yonder, may be a little large. Please review that the 260' is measured along the
vehicle path and the resulting sight line defines the easement area. Might get some land back.
The existing sight distance easement has already been dedicated. The distance used
on the original plat did not account for the travel length around the curve. It does
appear that up to 15' of additional area could be gained at the far east side of the
exact duplicaL and the elevations submitted conv - the basic architectural intent of
the proposed improvements per the submittal requirements of the Final Plan Review.
The Wine Cave has not yet been developed to the point to have elevations and thus
has not been included. The other commercial building has been included with the Final
Plan submittal.
Elevations of the industrial building include the loading dock area.
The loading dock has been indicated with the revised industrial building elevations.
All elevations should include preliminary locations of mechanical/utility equipment with a note
on how such equipment should be screened/painted.
Locations and notes of proposed screening/painting of mechanical and utility equipment
have been added to the elevations.
The names of the buildings on the site plan need to be consistent with the names of the
buildings on the elevations.
Names of buildings on elevations and site plan correspond.

The elevation shown for the townhome has been revised to show a 6-plex building
which is the largest tome home building type. All of the various tome home buildings
provide unique architectural elements that are directly tied to one of 3 different unit

somewhat redundant since the architecture for the entire town home development is
represented with the 6-p/ex building we have submitted. The industrial buildings are
