Information needed includes overall U-E acreage (less the Johnson Farmstead and no L-M-N acreage) and how at least 50% of this gross acreage is to remain in open space. Then, for the balance of the U-E, I need to see that the total number of dwelling units does not exceed twice the gross acres. And, we need to see how within the cluster development, the density does exceed 5.00 dwelling units per acre. Also, please indicate the 1,000 foot odor buffer in a heavy line that is clearly labeled.
