Drake. The length of the main entry drive from S. Lemay Avenue to the Street -like Private Drive is approximately 680 lineal feet. Of this distance, approximately 225 lineal feet of sidewalk exists bordering the entry drive. The Project will install the missing lineal feet of sidewalk to complete the connection from the Project to S. Lemay Avenue. Conversations with adjoining neighbors - 1. In early May 2012, Regency Lakeview contacted (via US Postal Service) the 21 neighbors whose properties adjoin the Church property (along the east and south property lines). 2. Of the 21 properties, 17 properties are owner occupied. 3. Of the 21 property owners, 9 owners purchased prior to 1997 and 12 purchased after 1997. The post-1997 purchases include all 4 absentee owners. 4. On May 23 and 24, Regency met with the following neighbors: Richard Holmes Doug VanderWilt Janet Hanlon (Ms. Hanlon said she would relay information from her meeting with Regency to her neighbor, Timothy Ham) Mark Kenning Andrew and Juanette Lewis 5. Subsequent to the in person meetings, Regency communicated via e-mail and telephone with Dave Roschke. 6. Regency, via the City, was contacted by Tara Klinedinst. Regency e-mailed Ms. Klinedinst, but there has been no response. From Mr. Roschke, Regency was advised that Ms. Klinedinst would like a new fence. Of the 7 homeowners in contact with Regency, Richard Holmes expressed support for the project. The others neighbors are not in favor of the project, but if the project moves forward, there are items that could assist in mitigating the project's affect on the neighbors.
