RE: Regency Lakeview, 2700 S. Lemay Avenue, Fort Collins — shared parking
Dear Mr. Shepard:
Christ Center Community Church (CCCC) desires to sell a portion of its property to Regency Residential
Partners for the development of Regency Lakeview, a 175 multi -family for -rent apartment community.
Regency Lakeview will provide parking for its residents and guests on site. Regency Lakeview, issues a
parking permit to each resident and also issues a guest parking permits for each residential unit.
In the event overflow parking is needed, CCCC is willing to share a portion of its parking lot. CCCC is
willing to enter a shared parking arrangement with Regency Lakeview.
The terms of a shared parking arrangement would include, but not be limited to:
1. Regency Lakeview will submit a written request to CCCC.
2. CCCC will provide written approval for the request.
3. The shared parking area, number of parking spaces and duration will be designated by CCCC.
The purpose of the shared parking arrangement is to ensure that, if needed, overflow parking can be
accommodated on the CCCC parking lot.
