On Thursday, July 19, 2012, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins
Planning and Zoning Board, the Board took the following two actions:
1. By a vote of 4 — 2, the Board approved the Regency Lakeview
Addition of a Permitted Use For Multi -Family Dwellings as
specifically described by the Regency Lakeview Project
Development Plan.
2. By a vote of 5 — 1, the Board approved Regency Lakeview Project
Development Plan #PDP120013.
