I need to correct the earlier email I sent.
The last sentence should say: Mylars could not be signed until the CLOMR is approved by FEMA
I had accidentally written LOMR instead of CLOMR. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks to Bill for

the project could go to hearing. We would be comfortable going to hearing when the City has reviewed
the CLOMR and all corrections have been made and the CLOMR is now ready to send to FEMA. FEMA
approval of the CLOMR would be a condition of the approval at the hearing. Mylars could not be signed
until the CLOMR is approved by FEMA.
