Gingerich Subject: Bucking Horse Gino, sorry to be out of touch the past few days. Transportation staff met on the Prospect improvements topic related to your development and in short all were in agreement the SID funding should have taken care of financial obligations related to your site with only one condition, your current proposal must not generate more traffic than the SID took into account for the site. Reviewing the SID documents, Matt Delich's ODP Memo TIS and previous Side Hill TIS the condition appears to be met. As such I plan to include conversation in my review comments to that effect. I'm finishing my review and comments of the initial submittal and should have them completed today. Only other comments of any significance so far is an expectation of the Bucking Horse project being responsible for a west bound right turn lane at Drake and Timberline, and since the submitted TIS is for the entire site but the current submittal is only for a third of the site, an additional TIS is needed or some other agreed upon method to determine the impacts of the phases, otherwise any roadway improvements may be required with this submittal.
