09/07/2012: Connect Lot 2 to the existing tap which currently serves 520 Cherry and install a
new tap farther to the south for the re -located water service for 520 Cherry. this will avoid the
confusion of having the water services crossing one another.

09/05/2012: The site plan shows the future home on Lot 2 to be at a 5' setback from the south
lot line. At a 5' setback, the maximum height of the building wall along that side can't exceed
18'. It appears that the height of the south wall on the illustrations for Houses #1 and #2 exceed
that (about 25' for House 1 and 20' for House 2).

09/12/2012: Engineering still has some concern on how the water and sanitary sewer services
will tie to the connections on the front of Lot 2 and if this impact the existing sidewalk or if street
cuts will be required in Whitcomb.

The proposed shade tree needs to be moved to the north or south so that 6 feet of separation
exists from the utility service lines. Please relocate to the tree parkway area between the curb
and sidewalk, and label the tree as 3" caliper.

Shift House footprint 2 north on the plan to conform with 4.8(E)(4), and show a dimension on the
plan indicating the distance the footprint is set back from the south property line. It appears that
House #1 will need an additional 5 feet of setback and House #2 will need an additional 2 feet
of setback. This is estimated based on the scaled drawing, the exact heights are not shown.
