08/15/2012: This comment has yet to be resolved. In addition the "Notice of Other Documents"
language contains additional text that's not part of this standard language.
06/07/2012: The plat language was not updated and should be updated prior to hearing.
04/04/2012: The plat language has been updated. Please provide the more updated certificate
of dedication, repair and maintenance language. The private access easement indication on
the plat would need to called out as an exception in the certificate of dedication to the
easements being dedicated to the City.
