We spoke about eliminating the site plan. This sheet contains information required for the contractor to build the private improvements. I have added a note on this sheet that it is for contractor use only and not for City approval. Number 38 The revision block is now totally blank on each sheet. Number 41 The plat is removed from the plan set. Number 44 The appendix E-4 checklist is completed and included with the submittal package. Number 45 I have kept the horizontal control plan in the set and added the requested dimensioning of easements, ROW, parking stalls, drive aisles, and sidewalks. Number 46 I reviewed appendix E-6 on line weight and presentation. I changed existing features to dashed line types and added text call outs for existing features. Number 47 A note is added to sheet C4 indicating all curbs within the emergency access easement are to be painted in accordance with fire department requirements. Number 48 The proposed utility easement is added to other sheets. Number 49 A note is added to the detail sheets indicating on -site details as being private.
