The vacation can be taken to first reading while the project is still in final compliance, however it can not be taken to second reading until after the mylars have been signed (however we can not release the mylars for copies until after the second reading). STREET NAMES Street names shall be reviewed and verified by LETA prior to being put in service. PLEASE NOTE: While proposed street name of Voyager is acceptable, the proposed street name of Endeavour is NOT permitted. The submitted plans spelled it two ways (Endeavour and Endeavor) - thus, it fails to meet the Larimer County Rules of the Streets requirement that the commonly accepted spelling be used. Please submit an alternative suggestion.
