[1/4/11] Regarding the ROW vacation, I will route the provided legal and exhibit of the
proposed vacation area to all of the affected utility providers to get their final approval (2
week turnaround). Once that is done and the project has gone through hearing, I will
prepare a ordinance for city council. The vacation can be taken to first reading while the
project is still in final compliance, however it can not be taken to second reading until after
the mylars have been signed (however we can not release the mylars for copies until after
the second reading).

[1/4/11] I discussed Endeavour with the two other technical services/addressing personnel
within the Cit, and all three of us agree Endeavour should not be used, because there are
two ways to spell the word.
STREET NAMES
Street names shall be reviewed and verified by LETA prior to being put in service.
PLEASE NOTE: While proposed street name of Voyager is acceptable, the proposed street
name of Endeavour is NOT permitted. The submitted plans spelled it two ways (Endeavour
and Endeavor) - thus, it fails to meet the Larimer County Rules of the Streets requirement
that the commonly accepted spelling be used. Please submit an alternative suggestion.
Additionally, you must also receive LETA approval for suggested names.
