Additionally we would like to increase the size of the approach from the street. Currently it is 8' feet wide, we would like to make it 12' feet wide to match the driveway. As it is now, it is very difficult to back out of the driveway because the driveway and the approach are offset from one another. Doll Construction Inc. This structure is 272 sq. ft. . 2. Build a new oversized one car garage with habitable space above, per the NCM requirements. 3. The new structure will be placed in the general area vacated by the old structure, allowing for proper setbacks for the rear and side yard. 4. The new structure will have 438 sq. ft. on the 1" level (garage). The 2"d floor will have 105 sq. ft. of floor space with a ceiling height of 7'-6' or higher. 5. The existing sewer will be replaced from behind the curb to the house, and then extend to the new structure. We will not be going into the street with the new sewer. 6. We are going to replace the existing gravel drive of 700 sq. ft. (70' x 10') with a new concrete drive that will be 840 sq. ft. (70' x 12'). 7. We are also going to improve the driveway approach by removing the existing and replacing it with a wider one. If you have any questions concerning this project please contact Dave Doll.
