Transportation Planning
1. Off-street pedestrian connections are anticipated from Galileo Drive to the central
pocket park as well as from the internal local street to the central pocket park. On
street pedestrian sidewalks are anticipate along each of the public streets.
2. The north -south off-street pedestrian connection will provide connections for most of
the Parcel A lots to the central open space. The lots along Cinquefoil Lane will be
able to utilize the public sidewalk route.
3. Bicycle movement is accommodated within public right-of-way per LUCASS street
standards.
4. A bicycle and pedestrian level of service study (prepared by Delich Associates on
September 29, 2010) has been completed. This pedestrian analysis demonstrates
compliance with required levels of service. A copy of this memorandum is included
with this ODP Amendment submittal. This memorandum was included with the
variance request submittal dated October 1, 2010 that was approved on October 1,
2010 by Ward Stanford.
Stormwater Engineering
1. Acknowledged - A letter'of compliance is provided with the revision of the ODP. A
more detailed analysis will be provided with the PDP and FP.
2. Acknowledged - The overall basin will be designed to discharge at or below the design
required by the Willow Brook final drainage report. The 36" rcp from the intersection of
Galileo and Cinquefoil will be removed. We believe that the discharge from the site will
be low enough, do to reduction in C value, so as to hold the design capacity of the
Willow Brook storm system. The inlets on Star Dust will either be removed or modified
to act as junction boxes where applicable.
