• The screen walls are only proposed along the north parking, lot. The design of them'has '
been changed"to place them behind utility easements. Also, we have left gaps in the wall
to accommodate utilities coming through. These,gaps will be filled with shrubs. '

Building. They have been revised in response to'City staff alid.agency review comments. The'.
comments made and revisions requested havebeen addressed as follows:
Outstanding Issues:
1) Exterior building colors: These are still being selected, and will be provided prior to a
-public hearing.
2) Gas line to the building: This will be coordinated with final.
3) Final location of street lights and electric service: This will be coordinated with filial.
4) Irrigation tap size and location: A -proposed tap location has been shown on the,
landscape plan. Final tap size and location will be determined with final plans..
