We are requesting your review pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Ad, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation's regulation for compliance with Section 106, and the Nationwide Programmatic Agreement on the Collocation of Wireless Antennas (adopted March 16, 2001), and the Nationwide Programmatic Agreement effective March 7, 2005. Field assessment fcr both historic properties and archaeological sites will be conducted and a determination will be made of the project's direct and indirect effects on eligible properties. The Fort Collins Advance Planning Department is invited to provide information concerning historic or archaeological properties already listed in the National Register or that could be eligible for listing in the National Register. Zuma Consultants Inc., T-Mobile propose to construct a 60-foot stealth monopole communications tower with additional ground equipment on a 28-foot by 19-foot parcel of land at the above -referenced address. The proposed tower is located at (Township T7N, Range 69 West, Section 27. latitude 40" 32'18.149" north and'ongitude 105' 0551.531-west). If you would like to comment on this undertaking, please respond to this letter within 30 days of its receipt. Thank you for your response on this matter.
