Dear Ms. Janine Mushock:
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed the APE for the project at 3519 Richmond Drive, Fort Collins,
CO and we concur with your identification of the Cunningham Corner Barn (Site No. 5LR.9863)
located in the APE. Additionally, we did not identify any other historic properties in the specified APE.
Going forward, please provide us with a survey of the Cunningham Corner Barn.
Additionally, more information regarding attachment 11c.of the 620 Form is necessary for our
evaluation. Specifically, we will need contextual information in order to spatially locate where the
picture (attachment 11 c.) was taken as it relates to the historic property. A photo simulation of the
monopole from the historic property is also necessary for our review.
Finally, I would like to recommend Ms. Carol Tunner as potential consulting party for her vast
institutional knowledge regarding the historic Cunningham Corner Barn.
Sincerely,
Courtney Rippy
