Department: Zoning Issue Contact: Peter Barnes Topic: Zoning Number: 1 Created: 2/4/2011 [2/4/11] Need site plan of entire site. Number: 2 Created: 2/4/2011 [2/4/11] The 60' tall pole requires that the pole be setback 60' from the lot lines. If it's setback less than 60', then it needs to be designed to collapse rather than topple. Since there's no overall site plan, I don't know what the setback is. If it's less than 60', then we'll need plans or documentation explaining that it will collapse. Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit. If you have any questions regarding these issues or any other issues related to this project, please feel free to call me at (970) 221-6750. Sincerely, Courtney ' py City Planner Page 3 v [2/10/11] Will there be any lighting, security or otherwise, associated with this structure? Department: Engineering Issue Contact: Andrew Carney Topic: General Number: 10 Created: 2/22/2011 [2/22/11] This facility will require some sort of access easement/agreement so that access to the facility is ensured. Is there an existing access easement for the existing parking lot? If not a access easement will need to be dedicated via separate document from the public street through the existing parking lot to the facility. If a easement is not desired, language included in the lease agreement that ensures access to the facility will also suffice.
