A site/utility plan will be provided, as there is no site grading proposed.

There are no off -site easements or access agreements required from the property owner.

The entire site will be shown on the site and utility plan.

A design letter, provided by the pole fabricator, will verify the pole will topple within the proscribed radius.
Light & Power

T-Mobile will coordinate with Light and Power relative to connecting to a power source, and is aware that
electric charges will apply, and that a new electric meter will be required.
Technical Services

Complete zoning drawings will be provided prior to issuance of mylars.

Legal description will appear on drawings.
Storm Water — Waste Water

The new location for the site is significantly away from the original location and will not need to address
storm water intake into the catch basin.

Dear Courtney:
On behalf of T-Mobile, please see comments in response to your letter dated 2-25-11.
Planning - General
Number: 3
The AT&T Telecommunications Facility located at 1017 W Horsetooth Road does not have enough height
nor space available on the pole that will meet the coverage objective for T-Mobile customers. The contact
is Western Accounts Manager AT&T Towers Jim Shearer, 303 643-3762.

Photo simulations showing the relocated site will be provided prior to the public hearing.
Number 8
Color recommendation for the pole is called Passive, 7064 (attached), available from Sherwin Williams.

Landscape plans as shown.
Number 6
A service light will be installed inside of the equipment enclosure to illuminate the equipment cabinets
when opened for technical service.

The property owners are aware of Planning Staff recommendations to move the site and have no
objection.
Number 9
Battery Storage Systems code will be complied with.

An access easement is not required as the proposed new location is adjacent to Richmond Drive.
