BEGINNING at the Northeast corner
of said Lot 17;
thence S 00'07'47" W along the
East line of said Lot 17 a distance of
190.15 feet to the Southeast corner
of said Lot 17;
thence N 89'59'26" W a distance of
8.00 feet along the South line of said
Lot 17;
thence leaving said South line N
00'07'47" E a distance of 190.13 feet
to the north line of said Lot 17;
thence N 89'51'32" E a distance of
8.00 along the North line of said Lot
17 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
