Staff Comments
Dear Ted:
The attached prints of Windtrail Park P.U.D. - Amendeed Preliminary/Final Site and
Landscape Plans, reflect revisions made in accordance with the comments in your letter
of December 18, 1998. Our specific response to each comment is noted below, using
numbering shown in your letter.
1. The parking spaces have'been eliminated to accommodate the required 40 and
50 foot setbacks along Bridgefield Lane and Rolland Moore Drive.
2. Engineering Comments
Site Plan '
• sidewalk has been shown on the West side of Bridgefield Lane and its
connection to Shire Court's sidewalk.
• parkways and sidewalks have been labeled.
• parking spaces have been eliminated along Rolland Moore Dr.
• parking spaces have been eliminated along Bridgefield Lane
• we are amending an approved PUD, which was designed under the old
street standards, iherefore we are designing both Rolland Moore Dr.
and Bridgefield Lane to the old standards.(this was discussed with
Sherry Wamhoff).
3. Cam Mcnair has agreed to allow Shire Court to remain open.
4. We are amending an approved PUD, which was designed under the old street
standards, Rolland Moore Drive is currently built to those standards to the
point where it meets our West property boundary. • When discussing the street
standards with Sherry Wamhoff,,she'did not have a problem with,using the
old standards if both Rolland Moore Dr. and Bridgefield Lane are designed to
those standards. We have revised Bridgefield Lane to the old streetstandards.
5. The walk along Bridgefield has been extended -to Shire Court.
.6. • Stormwater comments have been addressed by Ayres Assoc.
7. .The utilities have been shown on the Landscape Plan, and the proper
separations have been given from all trees and shrubs.
