Please identify and label the edge of the right of way for Waterglen Drive on the plat.
This item has been scheduled for an administrative public hearing on Wednesday, January 22,
2003. The item will be discussed at about 5:36 p.m. in conference rooms C & D at 281 North
College Avenue. Please arrive a few minutes earlier that the scheduled time to ensure a prompt start.
These final comments are for the purpose of making sure that all issues are resolved and changes
completed by the hearing date. Please have 3 folded copies of all final documents to me no later than
Friday, January 17`h. Rendered copies of the Site and/or Landscape Plans and Building Elevations
should be available to show at the public hearing.

Required Access: A fire lane is required. The fire lane shall be visible by painting and signage, and
maintained unobstructed. 97 UFC 901.2.2.1;901.3; 901.4.2;902.2.1

Address Numerals: Address numerals shall be visible from the street fronting the property, and posted
with a minimum of 8 inch numerals on a contrasting background. ( Bronze numerals on brown brick
are not acceptable). 97 UFC 901.4.4

Water Supply: Commercial
No commercial building can be greater then 300 feet from a fire hydrant. Fire hydrants are required
with a maximum spacing of 600 feet along an approved roadway. Each hydrant must be capable of
delivering 1500 gallons of water per minute at a residual pressure of 20 psi. 97 UFC 901.2.2.2
