This item has been scheduled for an administrative public hearing on Wednesday, January 22, 2003. The item will be discussed at about 5:36 p.m. in conference rooms C & D at 281 North College Avenue. Please arrive a few minutes earlier that the scheduled time to ensure a prompt start. These final comments are for the purpose of making sure that all issues are resolved and changes completed by the hearing date. Please have 3 folded copies of all final documents to me no later than Friday, January 17`h. Rendered copies of the Site and/or Landscape Plans and Building Elevations should be available to show at the public hearing. Department: Light & Power Issue Contact: Doug Martine Topic: Electric 1 Developer will need to coordinate power requirements and transformer location with Light & Power Engineering. Normal Electrical Development Charges will apply. Department: Natural Resources Topic: General 7 No Issues Issue Contact: Doug Moore Department: PFA Issue Contact: Michael Chavez Topic: General 4 Required Access: A fire lane is required. The fire lane shall be visible by painting and signage, and maintained unobstructed. 97 UFC 901.2.2.1;901.3; 901.4.2;902.2.1 5 Address Numerals: Address numerals shall be visible from the street fronting the property, and posted with a minimum of 8 inch numerals on a contrasting background. ( Bronze numerals on brown brick are not acceptable). 97 UFC 901.4.4 6 Water Supply: Commercial No commercial building can be greater then 300 feet from a fire hydrant. Fire hydrants are required with a maximum spacing of 600 feet along an approved roadway.
