Nate,
As you should be aware of, your request for the Waterglen PUD Mini -Storage, Extension of Final Plan will be
heard by the Planning & Zoning Board this Thursday evening, March 17th. The item is on consent; however, at
the Board's work session last Friday they raised a concern about how the applicant (you) was satisfying the
requirement in Section 2.2.11(D)(4) of the Land Use Code that states (in part): "...and that the applicant has
been diligent in constructing the engineering improvements required pursuant to paragraph 3...". The
attached Staff Report gives you additional information.
The meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 300 LaPorte Avenue. Items on consent will be heard early
on and approved without discussion. The Board is considering pulling your item for discussion so it would be best
if you are there to respond to whatever questions they may have.

Good morning Board members,
Attached is a revised Staff Report for the Waterglen PUD Mini -Storage, Extension of
Final Plan with changes in red that hopefully should satisfy the Board's concern
expressed at work session about the extension request satisfying the "due
diligence" requirement. A new Findings of Fact/Conclusion (again, in red) is included
near the end of the report. Please note these changes in red and strike -outs on
pages 3, 4, 6 and 7.
Also attached is Exhibit A, a colored -up copy of the Utility Plan of record, which
shows the project -related engineering improvements yet to be made.
