Access to the existing sanitary sewer line is required. The District requires easements, on the District's standard easement form, for all facilities that are not located within the public ROW. The District does not allow trees within 10 feet of District facilities. The meter pits are to be grouped for each structure in one location for that structure. The District will provide additional comments, as necessary, when the construction drawings are submitted for review. The plat map does not have rear lot easements on it but the Sight Distance Plan looks to have rear lot easements on it. Comcast standards are a six- foot rear lot easements to place their facilities. With out rear lot easements it looks like Comcast will be placing the enclosures in the drives. Please call us at 484-7166 if you need more details.
