Dear Steve,
We would like to formally request an extension to the 90-day revision period, which expires on July 6th, 2005. The
reason for the extension is as follows:
We are exploring an option to partially or wholly remove the detention pond from this site. As a result we
have to prepare a new SW WM model to ensure the concept would work.
If this concept would work, we will propose a slight redesign of the site.
We request a minimum of 30 days for an extension.
