Subject: Ridgewood Hills PDP - Request for 60-day extension
Dear Terrance,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 60-day
extension to the Ridgewood Hills, 4th Filing, Tracts N & T, PDP, Project #55-84N,
resubmittal deadline. With a 60-day extension to the July 6th deadline, your new
resubmittal deadline will be September 6, 2005.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve any outstanding
issues. Should you have any questions or require additional information, please
