Stormwater Utility - Storm Drainage Lines

Stormwater Utility - Utility Plans -
#131 The plans were revised.
Stormwater Utility — Water Quality"
#130 Review of UDSWM requirements in addition to the required water quality volume versus
that cited as provided indicates that Pond 2 has sufficient water quality capacity up to the 0.5 feet
below the limiting top of spillway elevation. As such,it is proposed that on -site runoff be routed
directly to Pond 2 which will provide water quality without adverse impact to total tributary .
areas. -
Transporation Planning
#70 We -have. meet with David and have agreed upon the crosswalk location and have adjusted
the storm drain accordingly.
I appreciate your time in reviewing these plans. If you, have' any further questions; lease feel

Stormwater Utility ;
#132 In reviewing the results of the UDDWM analysis with respect to estimated detention and
water quality requirements versus that indicated as provided it is determined that the combined
volumes, do not exceed that as governed by the 0.5. foot below spillway elevation cited on plans
as made available.
Please refer to the updated USDWM model schematic. which indicates subject tributary areas.
Based on the 100-year WSEL of 5066.54 feet as provided in plans made available, and via
utilization of UD-Neo Sewer (UDFCD storm sewer modeling platform) it is determined that
while rise in hydraulic grade line, may occur within the subject storm line system, the pipe is
capable of handling the design flow without appreciable impact over previous modeled
conditions to the subject property, and no anticipated impact to off -site areas. Site specific
grading (not available at the time of analysis) will mitigate local runoff for the Site, and will be'
developed under Loonali & Associates. Efforts are encouraged towards implementing an.
efficient approach section into the inlet section of the subject pipe.
While the grading plan will be developed by Loonan & Associates, it is understood that such
design effort is planned under this Project. As such, no adverse impacts are expected under such
plan.
#102 UD-Neo-Sewer analysis indicates adequate capacity of the subject storm sewer.
Stormwater Utility - Erosion and Sediment Control
#101 Most of the Erosion Control comments will be addressed with the final drainage study and
final compliance drawings. 1
