Re: Ridgewood Hill Filing IV grading easement on Shenandoah property
Dear Mr. Hart:
The managers of Shenandoah Land LLC recognize PLS Homes need for a
grading easement along Avondale Drive. We intend give said easement,
approximately 15' x 120' at the end of Avondale Rd which extends onto the V
Shenandoah property.
Please send us the final easement document for final authorization.
