Statement of Principles and Policies with the City Structure Plan
Ref: Petition for Annexation of Forney Laporte Corporate Headquarters
Forney requests that the six parcels included in the referenced petition be zoned T for Transition.
Forney will petition the city for removal of this transition district and assigned to an appropriate
zone at no cost at a later date as future development plans for the property are established. This
request is consistent with the City Structure Plan.
