After reviewing the history and studies back to 1994 1 concluded that the project should do a TIS. That decision is more based on policy language than expected impact to the adjacent streets. I am also ok with the TIS being submitted late but no later than the second round of review. Mr. Eliason recognizes the risks of something unexpected coming from a late submitted TIS that could cause additional delay to their project approval process. I also let Mr. Eliason know other departments such as Engineering and Transportation Planning should also give their approval on a late TIS.
