Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 970.221.6750 970.224.6134 - fax fcgov. com/developmentre vie w On Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at 5:30 p.m., in Conference Room A, at 281 North College Avenue, a City of Fort Collins hearing officer will hold a public administrative hearing on a new multifamily development formally known as Fairview Shopping Center Filing Four, Project Development Plan #120009, located at 1409 West Elizabeth Street. The applicant/developer (Brinkman Partners, LLC) is proposing to demolish the existing building and construct a new 3 story multi -family apartment project, consisting of 27 dwelling units on a 26,000 square foot parcel, located at 1409 West Elizabeth Street. The 27 dwelling units would be distributed among 3 floors in one building and include 6 studio units, 6 one -bedroom units, 6 two -bedroom units and 9 three -bedroom units for a total of 51 bedrooms, leased by the unit and 57 on -site parking spaces. The parcel is zoned Community Commercial (C-C), and multi -family apartments are a permitted use, subject to an administrative (Type 1) review and public hearing. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all pertinent stakeholders may have the opportunity to attend.
