All of the units will be affordable to households earning below 60% of Area Median Income. The breakdown of affordable units is as follows: • 12 units at 30% AMI • 12 units at 40% AMI ■ 48 units at 50%AMI • 48 units at 60% AMI Therefore, this project is approved for Priority Processing and a 100% waiver of Development Review Fees.
