RE: Priority Processing and Waiver of Development Review Fees for Harvest Construction,
Inc. - Spring Creek Apartments, LLP
Harvest Construction, Inc. is planning to build a 120 unit affordable housing project on the
northwest corner of Timerline Road and Drake Road in Fort Collins. All of the units will be
affordable to households earning below 60% of Area Median Income. The breakdown of
affordable units is as follows:
• 12 units at 30% AMI
• 12 units at 40% AMI
■ 48 units at 50%AMI
• 48 units at 60% AMI
Therefore, this project is approved for Priority Processing and a 100% waiver of Development
Review Fees.

I was told by Jake Davis that he plans to submit his application to amend the ODP for Spring Creek Apartments
by the end of the week. They have a new company name, and I've written a new letter approving them for
Priority Processing and the Development Review Fee Waiver.
