You asked for input. I am sorry I missed the meeting, but I had activities with my children and was not y able to make the meeting. As a resident that owns a house directly west of this property, f supported the limitations to keep the development limited to single family and duplex structures. I have four children, our home is directly adjacent the open space, path and railroad tracks, That limitation preserves the nature of the current neighborhood and fits with the open space. I am opposed to changing the coning to include the multi family and business uses as that will potentially have a more negative influence on the current neighborhood. As a structural engineer that works local in residential and small commercial . development, I see first hand how neighborhoods can be influenced for business and apartments_ I know there are no guarantees in how a development turns out, but I do know that maintaining single family neighborhoods hi leu of business and multifamily will be healthier for the existing neighborhoods. I would much rather have a neighborhood similar to the one directly south across Drake. It is my hope that you will leave the planning designation as it is with the limitations. Sincerely, Geoff Robinson
