Last evening, the parks advisory board recommended approval of the purchase of the area (shaded dark) for park purposes. ON Tuesday we submitted the plans for staff review. This file is an approximation of the final subdivision and is subject to change. Please let me know if you have any questions. I anticipate a hearing with City staff either late March or April and should the HOA choose to support our proposal I would appreciate receiving either a written statement or you can attend the meeting. Also I contacted Jean with the City Storm Water Department and all she could do is give me really rough estimates on fees until she looks at a set of plans. The Plan investment fee is around $698.00 per lot and the Review Fee is $86.00 per lots. She took these estimates from Registry Ridge Fourth Filing. I am glad that I got to talk with her because she will be the one reviewing are plans and I let her know that if she at any questions or comments to feel free and contact me. So hopefully we have started a verbal connection. If you need anything before the end of the week let me know because I will be out of town from Friday until Monday.
