Does this include fences? Please specify on both plans. Topic: Plat Number: 105 Created: 6/12/2007 [7/16/07] I've discussed the issue of the signature blocks with our Technical Services department and they would prefer that the signature blocks simply say "owner"and do not indicate which tracts each parties own (see redlines). Also, you are missing an ownership certification block on the site plan because we'll need one for Lennar and one for the City. Sorry for all of the confusion on this issue! [6/12/07] Please change the City Signature Block to say "Tract H of the Corrected Plat of the Registry Ridge PUD First Filing" and the Lennar Signature Block to say "Tract C of the Corrected Plat of the Registry Ridge PUD First Filing." This will help clarify who owns which portions of the previous PUD, since this new filing does not have a Tract H and also has a new Tract C.
