than to the HOA.
Adjust the note to say that no permanent obstruction that would inhibit drainage flow shall be
located within drainage easement located on Lots 17 through 22 and Lot 25.

Please provide an inlet detail for the two proposed inlets.
Please correct the label of the rip rap detail on the detail sheet, it is currently labeled as a

If you have any questions regarding these issues or any other issues related to this
project, please feel free to call me at (970) 221-6750. Please revise your plans per
the comments listed, and then send me PDF copies of the plans to distribute to the
other staff members. When I have everyone's approval, you will then be able to
print the mylars and have the appropriate signature blocks signed (attorney
certification, Lennar ownership, surveyor, engineer,. etc). I will collect all City
signatures on the mylars and then will have the plans recorded.

standard. This is what they will require in the field so it might be helpful for your
client to know what that will be now. I should have done this with the last round,

Staff has reviewed your submittal for REGISTRY RIDGE 5TH FILING PDP - TYPE I
AND FINAL PLANS, and we offer the following comments:

[7/16/07] The note at the bottom of the landscape plan regarding planter boxes,
structures, and obstructions should also be added to the site plan. Does this include
fences? Please specify on both plans.

[7/16/07] I've discussed the issue of the signature blocks with our Technical
Services department and they would prefer that the signature blocks simply say
"owner"and do not indicate which tracts each parties own (see redlines). Also, you
are missing an ownership certification block on the site plan because we'll need one
for Lennar and one for the City. Sorry for all of the confusion on this issue!
[6/12/07] Please change the City Signature Block to say "Tract H of the Corrected
Plat of the Registry Ridge PUD First Filing" and the Lennar Signature Block to say
"Tract C of the Corrected Plat of the Registry Ridge PUD First Filing." This will help
clarify who owns which portions of the previous PUD, since this new filing does not
have a Tract H and also has a new Tract C.

the legal closes.
