Does this include fences? Please specify on both plans. This note has been revised to not include fences, but only structures that would obstruct the drainage flow. The revised note has been added to the site plan and the plat. Also, you h`V are missing an ownership certification block on the site plan because we'll need one V for Lennar and one for the City. Sorry for all of the confusion on this issue! [6/12/07] Please change the City Signature Block to say "Tract H.of the Corrected Plat of the Registry Ridge PUD First Filing" and the Lennar Signature Block to say "Tract C of the Corrected Plat of the Registry Ridge PUD First Filing."
