Dear Mr. Shepard:
I will not be able to attend the administrative meeting regarding this development on June 11, but wanted to
write this email in support of the project. I attended the neighborhood meeting on April 24, 2012, and thought
the developers presented a good, well thought out plan. It will be a good use of that land and will look very nice,
especially with the amount of open space and the community garden. By increasing the parking spaces to 52,
the neighbors along Boardwalk who complained at that meeting should be satisfied.
