They would hope that Lennar would feel compelled to give land to the parks instead of asking for a landswap. They felt that the land along the front of the park was not exchangeable for the area towards the southwest of the site. Attached is a letter and proposed site layout from the president of the HOA. Lots were purchased with the thought of a school site that would only be one story. • Can we change the layout to achieve a green belt along the back side of lots 12-19 on Snowdon Drive?
