Staff has reviewed your submittal for PROVINCETOWNE PUD, 2ND FILING, REPLAT, and we
offer the following comments:

3/11/03 The row on Trilby Road needs to be identified as it is all existing (69.5 ft). The solid line
defining the row that was dedicated by the 2nd filing plat needs to be removed.

(11/25/02) What does note #2 mean? When were those easements vacated and how was that done?
3/11/03.- No response provided. Do not recall any prior vacations occurring on this site - how was
this done and if the intent is that the easements are vacated with this plat, why is the note needed.

Technical Services offers the following comments
a. Dedication statement has the wrong subdivision name in it.
b. Please add distances along west line Block 1 and block 3 and crown ridge row distances.
C. Trilby Road - existing row is 69.5 ft.
This item is ready to be scheduled for an administrative public hearing. Staff is in the process of
finding an evening in mid to late April that will work for the developer, you, and the City. Please
submit 5 copies of the revised replat addressing the above comments (and return all of your red -lined
plans when you submit) as soon as possible.
