On Thursday, April 24, 2003, at 4:00 p.m. (or as soon as possible thereafter), in the
Current Planning Conference Room C & D, 281 N. College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO.,
80524", the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Hearing for a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is
known as Provincetowne PUD, 2" Filling-Replat of Multi -family Area, # 73-82 W.
Request to replat of 14.5 acres within the multi -family area of Provincetowne PUD, 2nd
Filling. The purpose of the replat is to vacate utility, drainage and access easements,
as necessary. The project is located at the southwest corner of Trilby Road and
Autumn Ridge Drive. Zoning is LMN — Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing you will have the opportunity to hear from the
City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be
given the opportunity to state your views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
