We have provided the following written responses (in bold, italicized text) and plan revisions for your review. Number: 11 Created: 9/30/2002 (9/30/02) See additional comments on the plans. Response: Acknowledged 3/11/03 The row on TrilV Road needs to be identified as it is all existing (69.5 ft). The solid line defining the row that was dedicated by the 2n filing plat needs to be removed. Response: Acknowledged. Number 18: Created: 11/25/2002 (11/25/02) What does note #2 mean? When were those easements vacated and how was that done? Response: Acknowledged. 3/11/03 No response provided. Do not recall any prior vacations occurring on this site — how was this done and if the intent is that the easements are vacated with this plat, why is the note needed? Response: Acknowledged. Number: 22 Created: 3/17/2003 Technical Services offers the following comments: a. Dedication statement has the wrong subdivision name on it Response: Acknowledged. b.
