This meeting included John, Tom, you, and me. Three issues were discussed: 1. The "full tree stocking" requirement set forth in Section 3.2.1(D)(1)(c) of the Land Use Code. 2. The street tree requirement set forth in Section 3.2.1(D)(2) of the Code. 3. The "build -to" line requirement set forth in Section 3.5.3(B)(2)(b) of the Code. This relates to Building C, at the end of Mason Court, next to the "roundabout". After further discussions with Clark Mapes and Cameron Gloss the following outcomes are being forwarded to you: 1. The "full tree stocking" requirement can be met by adding several more trees, where possible, in areas between Cherry Street and the railroad tracks. 2. The new street trees that were proposed to be eliminated along the north side of Mason Court must be provided at a spacing of 40' on -center. 3. A modification request must be submitted with justification as to why Building C is not meeting the "build -to" line requirement. Please refer to Section 2.8.2(H) for the criteria to use in making your case for a justification as to why the requirement is not being met. Please contact me if you have questions regarding this information. Steve CC: Cameron Gloss; Clark Mapes
