Cam McNair
City Engineer
Dear Mr. McNair,
Attached are the revised site and landscaping plans showing the agreement we reached after the meeting
yesterday. The revised elements are:
1. The driveway to the parking lot between buildings B and C is increased to 22' in width from 18'.
2. The driveway to the parking lot by Cherry Street is increased to 24' in width from 20'.
3. On the parking lot by Cherry Street the two parking spaces that were immediately to the east of the
entryway have been removed.
All members of the development team sincerely appreciate your willingness to accommodate the 7 parking
spaces around Mason Court roundabout, that are within the 40' setback from the curb, as variances. The
revised variance request letter for these parking spaces, which will be written by Brian Shear, our civil
engineer, will be presented to you soon.
Sincerely,
Korkut Onaran, Ph.D.
