HomeMy WebLinkAboutMASON STREET NORTH - MAJOR AMENDMENT - 4-97B - P&Z PACKET - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARING�rvices December 28, 2001 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday, January 17, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as the Mason Street North (Major Amendment to Martinez PUD) — Type II, File #4-97B. This is a request for major amendment to Lot 12 of the Martinez P.U.D. Plans include constructing a mixed -use development with 17,524 sq ft of commercial floor area and 20 dwelling units on 2.22 acres. The project is located north of Cherry Street, south of Lee Martinez Park, east of Howes Street and west of Mason Street. The property is zoned LMN — Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood District. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
