Dear Dolores:
I received your letter dated January 18`h, 2002 regarding the private street in the Martinez
Park Development. This letter will confirm our discussion at the Planning Board
Meeting on 1/17/02, that once we have established a master HOA for our Mason Street
North project, we will have that HOA enter into an agreement with your HOA and the
River Rock Cohousing HOA to share the maintenance and insurance costs associated
with the private drive in the Martinez Park Development.
