Watts, City Planner SUBJECT: Priority Processing for Affordable Housing Development Review Fee Waiver Windtrail Park DATE: November 23, 1998 Windtrail Park is a 50-unit rental townhouse project on Windtrail Street, east of Sheilds street near Rolland Moore Park. Its developer is CARE Housing, Inc., a local not -for -profit corporation. All of Windtrail's units will have rents that are affordable to low- and very low- income households (earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income). Therefore its qualifies for Priority Processing as an affordable housing project. Please implement Priority Processing procedures for this project's development review process. The applicant's architect, Jim Sell Designs, plans to submit an application on November 23`d This project is also eligible for a 100% waiver of its Development Review Fees.
