provided per Sections 3.2.2(C)(6) and 3.6.5(A) and (B) of the Land Use Code.

1. The maximum building envelope is shown encroaching into the easements. The building
envelope needs to remain outside the easement boundaries or the easement boundaries
changed to accommodate the building envelope. -
2. The building overhang is also shown encroaching on the easements. This is not allowed
either.
3. The entrance drive needs to have 15 foot radii.
