U S WEST would require an exclusive telephone easement to replace the existing easement being incorporated into expanded highway We did not receive profiles for the work along Highway 287, so we Are unable to determine $ow existing telephone cables and conduit structures would be affected. Any relocation of existing telephone facilities required by these plane, including vault lid adjustments, will be paid for by the developer_ Due to high costs of replacing conduit structures, we advise engineering of utilities and improvements to minimize impact on the existing conduit structures.
