Dear Resident:
On September 14th9 2004, at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City of
Fort Collins Current Planning Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue, Fort
Collins, CO.*, the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Hearing for a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is
known as Poudre Valley Plaza PUD, Pad G, The Promenade, Major Amendment,
File #30-95C.
This is a request for an increase in residential dwelling units from seven to sixteen for
the new mixed -use building to be located at the northwest corner of Arbor Avenue and
Century Drive.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from the
City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given
the opportunity to state your views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
