[7/5/06] Provide water service sizing calculations for the 32 and 44 unit buildings. Number: 51 Created: 1 / 2 / 2007 [1/2/07] Revise sanitary sewer between ex. MH and MH 2 as shown on plans. (The elevation of the 8-inch sewer is well above the invert of the 27- inch sewer; therefore, the very slight amount less than the 90-degree connection is not significant.) At staff review on January 3, 2007, David Averill of the Transportation Planning Department stated that a "temporary" off -site asphalt trail (sidewalk) is needed from this property to the south along the west side of Timberline Road. City staff is ready to accept mylars of the development plans to move to recording of the plans. Be sure and return all red -lined plans if/when you re -submit. If you have any questions regarding these issues or any other issues related to this project, please feel free to call me at (970)221-6341. Number: 38 Created: 7 / 6 / 2006 [ 1 / 3 / 07] Thank you for specifying 10-inch building numerals and 6-inch individual unit numerals. Because the private streets are going to be named, each building should be given a separate, individual numeric address and street name. Also regarding addressing, something we've begun doing with multi -building complexes addressed off multiple streets, is put the building address numerals AND street name on the front of the building. So for example, the front of Building 3 would show 3601 VERDENA WAY. [7/6/06] ADDRESSING: Address numerals shall be posted on each building, with numerals a minimum 6 inches high. Building numbers and unit numbers shall be approved by PFA in advance. Contact Carie Dann for specific information.
