Our Engineering Department has accepted all the improvements related to
Caribou Apartments Phase Two. Per Section 2.2.11(D)(3) of the Land Use
Code, Caribou Apartments Phase Two (Tract A, Collindale Business Park, Fifth
Filing) has now been determined to have completed all engineering
improvements (water, sewer, streets, curb, gutter, street lights, fire hydrants, and
storm drainage) in accordance with city codes, rules and regulations. The
project, therefore, is considered to be fully vested.
Since the project is fully vested, a Request for a One -Year Extension is no longer
necessary. The Request for a One -Year Extension that is on the August 16,
2012 agenda of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will be pulled
from the agenda. Also, the Minor Amendment that accompanied Request for a
One -Year Extension will be withdrawn and the application fee of $192.00 will be
returned.
I can place a hard copy of this correspondence and check 1119 from FC Caribou
II LP Partnership Account in an envelope available for pick up at our front counter
or place into the mail, whichever is most convenient.
